During my first co-op, I focused heavily on data and trend analysis. Here, I was able to analyze data and create strategies to win business for my team as well as bring new product offerings to shoppers across the United States

Being a shift lead I was in charge of managing and delegating tasks to fellow team members in order to execute an efficient and successful day.
Key Holder
As a key holder, I aided customers and correctly processed shipments in order to ensure the store ran smoothly.

Design Coordinator
As the Design Coordinator I was heavily involved in creating deliverables to be used for our social media platforms as well as at live events. A project, I took on was to also begin a rebrand for WISE. After covid, the society was not what it was before and needed new branding to reflect its changes and evolution.
Mentor
I am also a part of WeSupport, a mentorship pipeline that connects students, alumnae and professionals. As a Tier 1 mentor I am paired with an underclassmen to expand their network and explore different fields of interests. As a Tier 2 mentee there is a stronger focus on fostering professional connections and supporting ambitions within your field(s) of interest.
Active Member
I joined the WeLearn branch of WISE. WeLearn is a bi-weekly, interactive workshop series that aims to provide unique insight and inspire members of all disciplines.

As a designer for the avenue, I work closely with other designers, photographers and writers to create a cohesive issue.

President of Public Relations
As the Public Relations chair, I put on several events for the sorority that reflected both our values and ideals. In addition, I was in charge of running the social media and creating graphics to be used at events, across media platforms and establish a presence on campus.

I was asked to speak on a panel for the Fashion and Retail Society to discuss my previous co-op experiences. During the Q & A session, I answered the audience's questions as well as talked about my various work experiences and goals I have.

Women who Empower has created several workshops and programs that are intended to encourage members to develop skills, ideas and business ventures forward. I am currently enrolled in the "Demystifying the Entrepreneurial Journey" program.
